I learnt marketing as a general education last semester.

The definition of marketing is the activity, set of institutions & processes for creating, communicating, delivering & exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners & society at large.

 Marketing involves a 'mutually beneficial exchange of value' , this is really related to this selected site because there are lots of different types of buildings such as apartment, shop, park, vecter arena etc.. and these are all mutually beneficially working each other (e.g people need convenience aspects near there apartment and shops need people to sell their product etc..)I used white ribbon string to represent the cross networking of all building. 

Moreover the money is the most important element of the marketing so use paper and rubber band to make buildings and these are look like heap of money
